Terms of Use for "Member Only" Pages of the SRI Website

The following terms of use apply to pages accessed after a member login. These terms are in addition to the "Terms of Use" for the public access pages.

Use of the “Member’s Only” portion of this site, including viewing the material contained herein, constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Siberian Research, Inc. (SRI) reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the website after such changes are posted, you accept the revisions in the Terms of Use.

SRI has taken efforts to maintain the integrity and accuracy of information published on its website, but does not provide any warrantee or guarantee as to the accuracy of such information. Should you rely on this information, understand that you do so at your own risk. SRI shall, at its sole option, have the right to update information and to correct any errors that may come to its attention. You agree to bring any errors you become aware of to the attention of SRI.

The subject matter and information contained on “members only” web pages shall be considered “Confidential” and subject to non-disclosure. Except to the extent such information is available in the public domain, the receiving party agrees in perpetuity not to disclose, directly or indirectly, to any other person or entity for any purpose whatsoever, any confidential information received under this Agreement. The receiving party shall protect confidential information disclosed under this Agreement with the same degree of care it employs to protect its own confidential information, but in no event less than a reasonable degree of care.

You agree to not disclose your “Members Only” user name or password to anyone at anytime.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

In no event shall either party be liable to the other for any special, indirect or consequential damages including, without limitation, economic loss in connection with or arising out of the availability, existence, or by furnishing of information provided herein.
